Uber integration: Tech Support Request

Thanks for reaching out to our support team. We are here to help you with your technical queries regarding Uber's two main API products: Uber Eats and Uber Direct.

Uber Eats:
This includes getting help with troubleshooting integration related issues, integration configuration issues and general workflow/integration questions.
Please direct any queries related to brand/location onboarding status(es) to either the merchants Account Manager, or to the Eats restaurant support team (restaurants@uber.com)

Uber Direct
This technical support request form is only available for partners that have a completed / in production integration with Uber. The support covers all technical aspects of the API, including Webhooks and general troubleshooting assistance and any feature implementation guidance.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A REQUEST
  1. Please refer to the guides/documentation on our Uber Developer site prior to submitting a request. Uber Eats Uber Direct
  2. If you work with an integration or POS provider, please ensure that you reach out to their respective support team directly for assistance - they in turn (and if needed) would reach out to the Uber technical support team.

Are you the integration owner? *
I.e. Developer (not store/brand owner)
If you are a merchant/store/brand owner, your issue would need to be investigated at by your integrator (i.e. POS Provider, Aggregator, your development team).
Integration Name *
Information or name to identify who the request is for. This could be the POS or aggregator name, or brand name where applicable.
Client ID *
Also known as the application ID. This is the ID used to make API calls to Uber.
Specifying this helps us identify you and resolve your request quicker
Product *
Uber Eats is our Marketplace where you list your store and items.
Uber Direct is our delivery service.
