Uber uses Zoom to conduct video calls. Once your video call is scheduled, you'll be given a Meeting ID number. Once you have the Meeting ID number, at your scheduled time, use this link to join the Zoom call: https://zoom.us/join

It's not required, but you can download the program for Zoom before your scheduled call using the link below. If you do not download beforehand, don't worry. When joining or starting a meeting for the first time, your web browser will help you install the program.

Below we have a few hour-long time blocks to choose from. Your video call is expected to last 15 to 20 minutes. We need a little bit of flexibility in our scheduling. Please select as many available time-blocks as you'd like below. We'll reach out with a confirmation message to let you know the exact time of your video call.

Lastly, we require at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a call. If you select a time currently within 24 hours, we'll schedule it for the same block the following week.

After you submit this form, you'll receive a message confirming your exact call time and the Meeting ID for the Zoom call within 1 business day.

Please have your Military ID ready. We will not be recording the call, taking screenshots, or otherwise copying the Military ID. You will also need to have your out-of-state Driver's License ready. If you have out-of-state vehicle registration or vehicle insurance, please have those ready as well. We may need you to re-upload photos of the documents, except your Military ID, to your Uber Driver app during the call.

After the call, the Uber Expert will be adding the military exemption to your documents. This process may take up to an hour after the call.
